Design can be researched, tested, refined, and felt
FIRST, WE DEFINE THE FORM:
what the brand stands for, who it needs to reach, and what makes it distinct.
THEN WE CREATE THE FLOW:
a creative direction that carries the strategy through packaging, spaces, campaigns, and the real world.

← FLOW
Form + Flow was built around the belief that there’s no single right way to create a brand, but creative risks feel a lot less reckless when they’re backed by strategy
The strongest creative direction comes from understanding the founder, the people they want to reach, and the world their business needs to live in, then finding the unexpected thread that connects all three.
(Because “it looked cool” can’t do all the work)
Tasha Romano
Founder + Creative Director
Before I became a brand strategist and designer, I spent years travelling and working in some very cool places. Being surrounded by different cultures, businesses, and ways of living made one thing obvious: there’s rarely one correct way to do anything.
Context matters as much as the people involved.

I found graphic design through Shillington Education while bartending in London and working my sixth (yes, sixth) 12-hour shift in a week.
Three months and thirty-two briefs later, I returned to Canada for an internship that turned into a full designer role within a week.

From there, I built Form + Flow, where I design the parts of a brand people can hold, open, walk into, and experience:
Packaging
Products
Print
Websites
Physical spaces
But that’s only half of it.
The other (arguably more important) half is finding the unexpected thread beneath what founders say and working it into the details that make people look twice and come back.

But when I’m not designing, I’m…
Choosing a new restaurant to try based on its vibe, not just its menu
Finding design inspo in tiled floors, farmer’s market produce, and book covers
Testing the limits of my comfort zone on a ski hill or a ball hockey court
Hosting book club nights where the convos outlast the final page

“Before I reached out to Form + Flow to help me with my business's branding, I was overwhelmed with the endless directions I could go. I knew my DIY branding looked dated and was holding me back from getting higher-budget clients, but my business felt a bit directionless — like it was swaying in the wind without a firm foundation.
Now, I feel confident that I’m going down the right path. As long as I use the branding Tasha created for me and follow the strategy we came up with together, I’ll bring in the clients I dream of working with. Every touchpoint communicates my business’s unique value, so the inquiries I receive are very good-quality leads.”
